Nutrition and Health Classes

Prevent T2-Diabetes Prevention

A proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in those that are high risk, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The program is designed for people with prediabetes, as well as those who are at high risk for Type 2 diabetes. Classes will be taught in English and Spanish. A new series will start fall 2018; class dates will be posted when available.

Healthy Habits — Functional Foods

This free, eight-week online program is held in a non-meeting format. Fact sheets with information on functional foods and their benefits to your diet will be emailed to you each week. Class dates will be posted when available.
