Parent and Family Weekend

9:30 a.m. — Brushes and Brunch 
Location: Bruce M. Pitman Center International Ballroom
Cost: $25 per person. Includes all painting supplies, snacks and beverages.

Calling all Vandals and creative spirits! Join us for a one-of-a-kind paint and sip event where we’ll paint an iconic piece of campus pride: the University of Idaho Hello Walk. No experience needed —just bring your creativity and get ready for a fun, relaxed morning of painting, sipping and celebrating your Vandal pride.

This event will be led by Brittany Hunt, a proud U of I alumna with degrees in Advertising and Fine Arts. Brittany is a professional artist with years of experience teaching paint-and-sip classes throughout the northwest and online.

11 a.m. — Parent Family Weekend Cornhole Tournament
Location: Theophilus Tower lawn
Cost: $15 per team

Noon to 2 p.m. — Vandal Fan Zone Tailgate
Location: ICCU Arena Plaza
Cost: Free to attend. Food and beverages available for purchase.

Join us in the Vandal Fan Zone for the ultimate home tailgating experience outside the P1FCU Kibbie Dome. You can look forward to delicious food truck options, refreshing beverages, exciting giveaways and a raffle for Vandal swag.

Noon to 2 p.m. — Kids Zone
Location: ICCU Arena Alumni Club Room
Cost: Free

Bring your future Vandals age 5-12 up to the Alumni Club Room for fun, activities and giveaways just for kids! Thank you to the VandalStore for leveling up the Kids Zone this football season.

2 p.m. — Vandal Football vs. Eastern Washington
Location: P1FCU Kibbie Dome
Cost: Varies. Purchase game tickets here.

The Vandals return home this weekend for a matchup with Eastern Washington. Come out and support Idaho Football as they take on the Eagles. Purchase your tickets here.

8 p.m. — Introducing the Aces with special guest Gatlin
Location: Bruce M. Pitman Center International Ballroom 
Cost: $40 general admission. Discounts available for U of I students. Purchase tickets here.

Since first releasing music in 2017, The Aces have grown into one of pop music’s most exciting and authentic voices. Their fourth album, “Gold Star Baby,” builds on a career that includes more than 250 million streams and an international following drawn to the band’s infectious melodies, sharp songwriting and electric live performances.

Gatlin is an indie-pop singer-songwriter who blends catchy modern pop hooks with acoustic indie-folk instrumentals. She is known for her emotional vulnerability and confessional storytelling.

Ultimate Mini Golf Challenge
Friday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 1-8 p.m.
Location: Airway Hills Golf Course — 4811 Pullman Airport Road, Pullman, WA 99163
Cost: $15 for one round. $25 for an unlimited all-day pass to both courses. No tee time or registration required.

Take on two unique 18-hole courses filled with fun challenges and plenty of friendly competition. And for Family Weekend, we’re adding a few special challenges to the courses. Can your family or team conquer them all? When you’re ready for a break, grab a bite from the snack bar or try out our multi-sport simulators.

Cost: $55 for your whole group. Prepayment is required by calling 509-872-3092, or book online and we’ll contact you to prepay.

Fun for the whole family, our simulators offer soccer, football, Topgolf challenges and more than 50 golf courses. Two to six players are recommended for each sim.

After your games, grab a bite from the snack bar, play a yard game or try out some mini golf. It’s an easy, fun way to spend time together during Parent and Family Weekend.
