Commencement

Commencement is a time-honored tradition celebrating the achievements of University of Idaho graduates. It marks the culmination of years of hard work and dedication, bringing together students, families and UIdaho employees to recognize this significant milestone.

Whether you're receiving your diploma, supporting a graduate or attending as a guest, this event is a moment to reflect on accomplishments and look ahead to new opportunities.

Upcoming Commencement Ceremonies

The Winter 2025 Commencement Ceremonies will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, December 13, at the ICCU Arena in Moscow.

Preparing for commencement

To participate in commencement, you must first apply for graduation and meet all degree requirements. Unsure of your status? View your degree audit by logging into our intranet site.
