Hazard Communication Information and Training
Available training:
- Hazard Communication – the New GHS Standards: An online course that covers the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and emphasizes the 2012 GHS changes, including labeling and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs). Duration: 60 minutes.
- Hazard Communication for Supervisors: An online course that summarizes program requirements to help supervisors with implementation. Duration: 20 minutes.
Classroom Session: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) offers a 1-hour classroom course, "Hazard Communication Training Program (with GHS revisions)" that closely follows the content of the online course. This course is intended for larger groups (15 or more). Contact EHS at 208-885-6524 to discuss and make arrangements.
