We offer a wide variety of high-quality meat products produced by students, faculty and staff from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Department of Animal, Veterinary and Food Sciences. The sale of these products helps pay for the cost of livestock, supplies, student labor and maintenance of our facilities.

Our meat products are inspected by the USDA Food and Safety Inspection Services (FSIS). FSIS ensures the meat products are from healthy livestock, clean and sanitary handling and processing procedures are followed and the products are wholesome.
