The Energy Executive Course not only provided relevant technical content and training, but its exercises on effective leadership, change management and collaboration made this the most valuable development opportunity I've attended. The EEC is an execellent all-around program which taught skills I can call upon often to enhance my leadership and the work I perform.

Plan for your return to work
There is a short window of opportunity to make a real change after any break from routine before business-as-usual sets in.
Connect with leadership
- Write a thank you note, prepare a summary report and give a presentation highlighting significant issues, key takeaways and potential impacts for your business.
Transfer your knowledge
- Strategize ways to transfer your new knowledge back to your team and organization beyond PowerPoints and readings. For example:
- Give a presentation to your executive team, directors, senior managers and operation managers.
- Hold a town hall meeting with your business unit to share information.
- Utilize the knowledge, tools and network you gained in the program to improve your company and the industry.
