Dual credit instructor

Certificate, graduate

University of Idaho agricultural education graduates are helping to address an increasing shortage of agricultural educators. University of Idaho is uniquely qualified to address this shortage, as most of the state's agricultural educators are graduates from U of I's College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.

Credit where it’s dual

Earning the dual credit instructor certificate is a valuable step for educators looking to deepen both their subject matter knowledge and teaching strategies. Participants will explore innovative approaches to dual credit instruction, gaining practical tools to enhance student engagement and success in college-level coursework.

Upon completion, educators will have implemented fresh, effective models for delivering dual credit content, positioning themselves as leaders in this growing area of education. Please note that the applicability of this certificate toward meeting dual credit teaching qualifications may differ by academic department. Prospective candidates are encouraged to consult with their department before enrolling.
