Title IX Coordinator
Director, Office of Civil Rights and Investigations
The director of the Office of Civil Rights and Investigations undertakes necessary investigations and prepares recommendations and written reports. Erin is responsible for Title IX compliance in matters involving faculty, staff and students, including training, education and investigation of complaints. She also works with the Associate Dean of Students to coordinate investigations where the person accused of sexual misconduct is a student.
Deputy Title IX Coordinators
The University of Idaho has identified Deputy Title IX Coordinators across campus. The Deputy Title IX Coordinators assist with Title IX compliance when any party involved is a student. The role includes assisting with training, education, investigation of complaints and adjudication. The deputy coordinators also handle emergencies and assist with coordinating interim measures of safety as needed.
The deputy coordinators provide information to the Title IX Coordinator of new allegations and the status of investigations, and act as a liaison to assist with providing students with support and resources.

This position assists with Title IX compliance when any party involved is a student with Housing and Residence Life (HRL). The role includes assisting with training, education, investigation of complaints and adjudication. This position also handles emergencies and assists to coordinate interim measures of safety as needed.
The incumbent provides information to the Title IX coordinator of new allegations and the status of investigations, and acts as a liaison to assist with providing students in HRL with support and resources.

The associate dean for students and administration in the College of Law acts as a liaison between student leaders and organizations and the faculty and administration. The associate dean serves as an ombuds of first resort for student questions and concerns, including concerns about faculty performance. The associate dean also handles student emergencies (medical or personal), deals with examination issues other than exam reschedules, coordinates accommodations for students with disabilities, takes care of student requests to take courses outside the college, and advises students on course and career planning. The associate dean oversees the Offices of Academic Success, Admissions and Career Development and addresses student concerns about these offices. As administrator for the Menard Law Building, the associate dean also handles concerns about the law building, its facilities and its equipment.
