4-H Youth Quality Experience: A Training for 4-H Volunteers

What happens in 4-H programs, how they are planned, led, and the interactions between adults and youth, makes a huge difference on how 4-H impacts youth! 4-H programs need to ensure key youth development principles. Through the 4-H Quality Experience course you will review how Sparks, Belonging, and Relationships are vital to the overall 4-H experience.  This course provides history on youth development and the opportunity to use what you learn through scenarios in the context of one of the four types of 4-H programs: Club, Camps, Conferences, and Afterschool/special interest.
