Payette Russet is a full-season potato variety released in 2015 by the USDA-ARS and the agricultural experiment stations of Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Based on three years of storage data collected by the University of Idaho Kimberly Potato Storage Research Facility, this publication details their characteristics and storage recommendations for the Payette Russet.
