Storage Management of Clearwater Russet Potatoes

Clearwater Russet is a dual-purpose potato variety released in 2008 by the USDA-ARS and the agricultural experiment stations of Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Based on three years of research conducted at the University of Idaho Kimberly Research and Extension Center, this publication describes the optimal storage conditions for the Clearwater Russet as well as compares the Clearwater Russet's behavior in storage with that of the Russet Burbank.
