January 2, 2026

Long Live Idaho is a public health initiative that promotes healthy eating and active living. This four-part bulletin series provides evidence-based guidelines promoted by the campaign, supplemented by engaging infographics and other resources that make their adoption simple and doable. Power Your Day with Produce, the first entry in the series, emphasizes the importance of incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet.
