Phone Apps
Mobile apps can be a great way of supporting your mental health and clinicians at the Counseling and Testing Center frequently utilize them as an adjunct to therapy.
An internet search of “best apps for mental health and well-being” will yield many lists recommending a wide range of free and commercial products. The Counseling and Testing Center is not able to promote or endorse any commercial products, but the following apps provide some or all services at no charge and are utilized by practitioners in their clinical work with clients. You are encouraged to select apps that best meet your health and wellness goals. If consultation with a practitioner at the CTC would be helpful in making these decisions, you can schedule an appointment by calling 208-885-6716.
