Counseling and Testing Center Care During COVID-19
Yes. The CTC is providing individual & couples counseling remotely through Zoom.
Your clinician will send you a Zoom invitation prior to your appointment.
You can call the CTC Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 208-885-6716 (press1). Our staff will assist you in managing your appointment.

- A private space with high speed internet connection
- A computer (MAC or PC) with a webcam, microphone, and speakers capable of installing and running the Zoom app
- Or a smart phone capable of installing and running the Zoom app
- Contact CTC at 208-885-6716 if you do not have access to a computer, internet service, or a mobile device
The CTC may not be able to provide all telehealth services if you are outside the State of Idaho based on current state laws, as well as current clinician licensures. If the CTC is not able to provide specific telehealth service due to this limitation, your clinician will connect you with our case management and referral services to help with a temporary transfer of care/services.
Currently, telehealth is our only format to continue services to students until the end of the Spring 2020 semester.
At this time, all counseling and skill-building groups are cancelled for the reminder of the semester.
