Dietary

If you have a dietary accommodation that you feel is not currently being met in the dining hall, please visit the dining website below and fill out the form:
Dietary Request Form — Housing and Residence Life

Once this step is completed you should set up a meeting with Chef Nathan Underwood-Schuchman in dining services by emailing him at Nathan Underwood-Schuchman.

If these steps have been completed, and the dining hall is unable to meet your specific dietary needs, please fill out a CDAR application. You will also be asked to provide medical documentation with your application that provides a diagnosis and details the functional limitations you have regarding eating in the dining hall. Please review more information regarding required documentation here: Documentation Requirements.

Once your CDAR application and documentation are submitted, you will receive an email prompting you to call the office at 208-885-6307 to schedule an appointment with an access consultant to review your request for accommodation.
