The McCall Field Campus extends gratitude to the indigenous people that call this place home, since time immemorial. The University of Idaho recognizes that it is our academic responsibility to build relationships with the indigenous people to ensure integrity of tribal voices.
Welcome to the McCall Field Campus, home of the University of Idaho’ s Master of Natural Resources in Environmental Education and Science Communication and the McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS). All programming and facilities are operated by the University of Idaho’s College of Natural Resources.
Our mission is to work towards reciprocal relationships between people, land, and water, by partnering with communities on innovative research and transformative learning experiences.
The University and its partners use the McCall Field Campus to foster scientific literacy, leadership skills and open-minded dialogue through graduate and professional education, youth science programs, seminars and more. If you are ready to change the world, we have the program for you, whether you’re an educator looking to expand your students’ learning beyond the classroom or a professional looking to build upon your experience through one of our many graduate degrees.
