This interdisciplinary program integrates biological, cognitive and computational neuroscience to give you a strong academic foundation and hands-on research experience focused on understanding brain and spinal cord function. You’ll explore the full spectrum of the field, including the biology of the nervous system, the study of cognition and behavior, and the use of mathematics and computer science to model and analyze neural processes.
As a student, you’ll tailor your studies to your interests and career goals by specializing in neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience or computational neuroscience. Offered in collaboration with a nearby partner university, the program gives you access to a wide network of faculty, research facilities and academic resources across both institutions.
