Submit an Event
Departments and organizations within the Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management may use the following form to submit events to corresponding department calendars.
Please review the guidelines below prior to submitting your event.
Event Submission Guidelines
- Check the university events calendar to make sure the event hasn’t already been submitted.
- Custom Template: Please select the template used by your department. This will allow you to filter events by type.
- Event Name: If the event is a film, play, etc., include that information. E.g.: "Vandals Rock" Documentary
- Owning Calendar: Select main calendar for your department.
- Description: Limit to a few sentences.
- Questions? List contact email and/or phone number in a complete sentence. Eg: Contact Student Affairs at 208-885-6757
- Web Link: List corresponding website or news release where audiences can get more info.
