60.06 - General Terms and Conditions

A. General. Purchasing Services shall set the General Terms and Conditions for all University procurement activity. Except where changes are authorized by Purchasing Services and/or General Counsel, the General Terms and Conditions shall be used for all transactions involving a purchase. The most current General Terms and Conditions may be obtained from Purchasing Services.
