Vandal Golf Course, The Lookout remain open during parking lot closure

MOSCOW, Idaho — University of Idaho’s Vandal Golf Course and The Lookout Restaurant and Bar will remain open while their primary parking lot temporarily closes Wednesday, Aug. 19, for construction on Nez Perce Drive.

The parking lot is expected to reopen Tuesday, Sept. 1. Alternate parking locations are labeled on the campus parking map. A golf bag drop and shuttle service will also be available during the closure.

Visitors may park in:

• Lot 83 along Perimeter Drive: The primary parking area for visitors who need shuttle service.  
• Lot 34W near the P1FCU Kibbie Dome: A secondary shuttle pickup location and overflow parking area.  
• Lot 84 along Nez Perce Drive: Reserved for visitors who can walk to the golf course and restaurant without transportation assistance.  

A temporary bag-drop area will be available along the street near the clubhouse, allowing golfers to unload their clubs before parking. Visitors parked in lots 83 or 34W may call 208-885-6171 for shuttle service to the clubhouse or The Lookout.
