Conference Room/Event Hosting
Policies and Practices
- Catering
- All catering must be coordinated by the event coordinator and abide by University of Idaho Policy. Contact catering for more information:
- Consumption of alcohol on campus must abide by university policy.
- Use and maintenance of space
- The conference tables must be covered in any case where food or beverage is being served.
- All spaces will be returned to their original condition.
- All Conference Room equipment requires Dean’s Office personnel to setup
- Regular operation of Conference Room technology is the responsibility of attendees.
- A short period of instruction is available from Dean’s Office personnel.
- Do not troubleshoot errors with the technology. Ask for assistance.
- Regular operation of Conference Room technology is the responsibility of attendees.
- Furnishings
- Furnishings must not be modified or moved without express permission from Dean’s Office Personnel.
- Attendees have access to all furniture in the applicable spaces.
- The College cannot provide additional furnishings. Any additional furnishings must be acquired by the event coordinator.
- Fifth Floor Break Room
- The refrigerator is available for use as space allows.
- The College cannot provide additional kitchen supplies.
- The Patio
- The rooftop patio is a common space and accessible to all regardless of an ongoing event with the following exception:
- Available for exclusive use after normal business hours with a reservation.
