NOTICE - CHANGES TO SAME DAY REQUESTS
Beginning Aug. 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to select same day due dates for requests submitted through the Web Team Request Form. This change allows us to better balance the team's workload and preserve availability each day for critical/emergency tasks.
If you have an urgent, same day request, please reach out to your Web Team Manager (Annie Exline or Shane Snyder) directly for support.

Please submit a web request using the form below. A web team member will reach out to you within three business days to follow up on your submission. Most requests are completed within five business days. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 days for task completion.
Questions? Web team managers can answer questions, address concerns and check the status of existing tickets. If you report to an academic unit, such as a college, contact Annie Exline. If you report to a university division, such as SEM, ORED or DFA, please reach out to Shane Snyder.
