To create a custom email signature, please fill out the form below. You may include as much or as little information as you would like to appear in your signature. Vandal alumni are encouraged to include their graduation years (last two digits only). First and last name and title are required fields. All other fields are optional and can be left blank.

After filling out the form, click the “Submit” button for your completed signature and instructions for how to add it to your emails.
