Brand Toolkit

The University of Idaho Creative Services team has created a suite of resources to help you support and apply the U of I brand to your classroom, business and marketing materials.

Through this site, you can download logo suites, and branded document templates and generate your own email signature for Microsoft Outlook. All University of Idaho branded Zoom backgrounds can be downloaded from Photoshelter.

If you need help downloading these materials or have questions about creating templates specific to your area, contact the Marketing team at marketing@uidaho.edu.

Tips and Best Practices

These templates and resources are meant to give you the flexibility to create your own materials without additional graphic design expense. All the templates within this toolkit adhere to U of I’s brand standards and should not be modified. Modifying fonts/typefaces or colors is not permitted.

FAQs

These templates were created to be accessible to our campus community. Users will need Adobe Creative Suite to edit these templates.

On InDesign files, guide marks are placed on the document as a tool to help you. They will not print.

A bleed refers to how text or images that extend past where the piece of paper prints or will be trimmed. Areas past a bleed mark will be trimmed off. InDesign files are created with a bleed to allow for a clean, professional look where an image goes to the edge of the paper.

A suite of approved institutional logomarks is available for download. These images are not available for editing, and not every department or program qualifies for its own logo. If you believe your program needs its own logomark, please contact marketing@uidaho.edu.
