FROM:  Francesca Sammarruca, Secretary of the University Faculty
DATE:  Nov. 1, 2019
SUBJECT:  Committee on Committees Appointments Survey

As members of the faculty at the University of Idaho, you have an opportunity to be involved with decision-making processes across campus when you participate in shared governance. One way to participate in shared governance is to sit on committees that do important work identifying issues that need to be addressed on campus and shaping our policies.

On Monday, November 4, 2019 you will receive a survey designed to collect your University Committee preferences; this survey will remain open until Friday, December 6, 2019. By completing this survey, you are agreeing to serve on a Committee starting in the 2020 Academic Year.

The Committee on Committees will work during the spring semester to appoint members to the University Committees (FSH 1640). They will do their best to accommodate your selected preferences. You will be contacted by the end of the Spring Semester with your committee placement(s).
