2018 Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival Ticket Sales Begin Nov. 6

Series and individual concert tickets for the University of Idaho’s Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, held Feb. 23-24, 2018, will be available to purchase beginning Nov. 6 and Nov. 17, respectively. Series tickets, which allow the purchaser to enjoy both nights of concerts at a discounted price, go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6. Prices range from $50 for outer stand seats to $80 for club-level seating. Series ticket purchasers receive early seat selection and a $10 savings on individual concert ticket prices. Tickets for individual performances go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, and range from $30-$45. Read more

Every quarter the Moscow Chamber of Commerce awards the STAR Award to a group that brings tourism to the Palouse. This quarter's Supporting Tourism and Recreation (STAR) Award goes to the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. Aaron Mayhugh is the Jazz Festival manager and will be accepting the award for hosting the 50th anniversary of the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Moscow, Idaho. Read more
