About TSP
TSP and Local Support teams are embedded across the state of Idaho specifically to provide specialized, skilled technical support to faculty and staff when and where they need it most — in the places they serve students. This means U of I employees will receive consistent, reliable, high-level service each time technical assistance is needed.
They offer a wide range of services, including software and application troubleshooting, software installations, equipment purchases, new account setup, hardware recommendations and more. TSP and Local Support Team staff are also available to offer U of I employees proactive suggestions for improved technical effectiveness and efficiencies at no charge.
