Spain - Language & Culture Assistant Program
This program is run by the Spanish Ministry of Education and offers a monthly stipend. Students are chosen to be an English language and North American culture Assistants in public elementary and secondary schools in Spain. South Korea - The Teach and Learn in South Korea (TaLK) Program
The “TaLK” program is sponsored by the Korean government. Undergraduates (who have completed at least two years of study), recent graduates and graduate students are eligible to apply to teach conversational English in rural Korean elementary schools. The program provides a 1-month orientation, round-trip airfare, a settling-in allowance, a monthly living stipend, health insurance and organized trips to historical locations in Korea.
