You’re thinking about becoming a doctor? Initiative, hard work, patience, high-quality communication, and perseverance are some of the required lifelong skills. UI’s Pre-Med Club wants to help cultivate these abilities while building a community of students dedicated to excellence. This is accomplished by providing the framework for interaction with local healthcare professionals, study groups and MCAT preparation, a mentoring program and interaction with WWAMI students, volunteer and other community involvement opportunities, and a supportive environment along the difficult road to medical school.

The mission of the Pre-Dental Club is to provide a support group and knowledge base for students preparing for a profession in dentistry. The Pre-Dental club will strengthen camaraderie between persons interested in pursuing a career in dentistry and provides opportunities for students to learn more about the profession. The club serves as the voice of dentistry on campus and will allow students to be connected with dental opportunities in this region. This will be accomplished through regular meetings, community service, guest speakers, collaborating resources, tours, and by fueling each other's enthusiasm for dentistry.
