Capabilities include a variety of analytical tools: SEM, TEM, X-ray Microanalysis, Powder XRD, Polarized and Fluorescence Light Microscopy. Sample preparation includes: carbon & noble-metal coaters and critical point dryer.

Managed jointly with the College of Natural Resources, we offer high-precision terrain mapping with a Leica ScanStation 2 terrestrial laser scanner, high-performance field laptop, tripods, HDS targets, and more
