Required Employee Training
All regular faculty and staff, temporary faculty and staff, and student employees (including grad students) with appointments lasting longer than three months must complete annual training. The 2019 deployment period runs from September 16, 2019 thru December 13, 2019. Employees who do not complete the required training by the deadline will be ineligible for an annual salary adjustment.
Training will be delivered via BbLearn, the U of I online course management system, and overseen by Employee Development and Learning on behalf of the Office of Civil Rights and Investigations and Information Technology Services.
NOTE: All regular faculty and staff, temporary faculty and staff, and student employees (including graduate students) with appointments lasting longer than 3 months are required to complete additional training at the time of initial employment. Some positions may have additional, job-related training requirements.
New employees and new supervisors must complete all assigned required training within 30 days of their employment start date or their start date with new responsibilities.
