More information including, event descriptions, locations, and additional events will be available on the UIdaho Mobile Vandal Welcome app and in the paper schedule you'll receive at check in.

Welcome to the University of Idaho! While this transition to campus life can be fun, some aspects of this change may be challenging. The Orientation Programming Office is here to help.

You are starting an exciting journey of achieving your academic and personal goals. Along the way, you will define a career path and meet lifelong friends who will be making the journey with you. Our Vandal Welcome activities are designed to prepare you for fall semester classes and help you to make the University of Idaho your home.

Transfer students, or anyone who has completed 14 or more college credits after high school graduation, we have programming for you too! As a transfer student we invite you to participate in as much or as little as you see fit. We have a special transfer program on Saturday, August 24. Download the schedule now. You are also welcome to attend any and all of the Vandal Welcome events. Please make sure you still register for the event!

All Orientation events, including Vandal Welcome, have been crafted to deliver important information and experiences to aid in your transition to college. It is an expectation of the University that all new students, including those participating in Greek Recruitment, sign up for and participate in Vandal Welcome.
