Chinese Food Club

Are you a foodie? Do you have a passion for cooking? Would you like to learn how to make mouth-watering Chinese cuisine for yourself and your friends without having to leave the area?

The University of Idaho Confucius Institute would like to invite you to join us for our Chinese Food Club in Moscow, Idaho!

Each month a new dish will be introduced and participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make delightful Chinese food from our special guest chefs. Chinese words and phrases will be introduced as part of the activity, helping you to master your Chinese culinary skills swiftly!

A Culinary Tour through China:

China has 8 major types of cuisines, each regionally distinctive from the next. Each of our food clubs will dive into one of those regions and bring you to them. Come enjoy a meal with us!
