SAS Talks - Short and Sweet Research Speaker Series
Save the date for our next round of SAS Talks:
May 7, 2019 from 4-7:30 p.m.

SAS Talks, brought to you by the Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED), are a venue for celebrating the most fascinating research, scholarly and creative activities across the University of Idaho system.

This gala event combines a series of short presentations, food, drink, and networking for faculty, staff, students and administrators university-wide.

SAS Talks speakers feature their research in a ‘short and sweet’ presentation format incorporating 20 non-technical slides timed at 20 seconds. The result is a series of informative, accessible and entertaining presentations in less than seven minutes each.

SAS Talks are usually hosted at least once per semester in the Integrated Research and Innovation Center (IRIC) and are broadcasted live via the Web.

Visit this page again soon to learn about our next SAS Talks event in December. Admission to the event is free. Food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be served. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of networking opportunities with students, faculty and university leaders.
