FY2018 Spread Pay
February 28, 2017: This is the final due date for the following:
To move to standard pay: Signed 2018 standard pay election forms must be submitted by February 28 in order to receive the $1,000 incentive. Make your election by completing the Irrevocable Election to Standard Pay Form. This form must be submitted to the Budget Office by February 28, 2017. Employees will be contacted by Benefits to coordinate the payment of benefit contributions for the 3 pay periods they do not receive a pay check during summer of 2017.
To remain on spread pay: To meet IRS requirements, a positive election to remain on spread pay is required starting FY2018. Make your election by completing the Annual Spread Pay Election Form. This form must be submitted to the Controller's Office by February 28, 2017.
