COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration

Access a Vaccine From Anywhere in the US

Students are encouraged to get vaccinated before coming to campus. Find a COVID-19 vaccine at any time by visiting vaccines.gov/search to find a location near year. If you get a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), your first and second doses do not need to be accessed in the same location. Most locations are available for walk-in appointments.

Pre-register for a Vaccine Clinic on Campus (Moscow Location)

University of Idaho is hosting several upcoming vaccine clinics provided by RiteAid who will be offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Please pre-register for a spot at a campus clinic via the form below. While pre-registration through this form is not required and walk-ins are welcome, pre-registration helps prepare enough supplies and clinics to ensure all who want to vaccinate are able. To find a location offering the Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccine, visit vaccines.gov/search.

Note: If this is your first dose, the second dose will be available at a clinic in the same location at the same time four weeks later. Please remember, you are not fully vaccinated until two weeks after your second dose of the Moderna vaccine.

Please arrive prepared to complete paperwork, bring your insurance card if you have one and plan to stay 15 minutes after your vaccine to be monitored for any side effects.
