Actions Taken Pursuant to FSH 6990 Communicable Disease Emergency Response

On Sept. 16, 2020, the University Faculty approved and President Scott Green adopted permanent policy FSH 6990 Communicable Disease Emergency Response, replacing temporary emergency policy FSH 6990 COVID-19 Emergency Response. President Green adopted the policy to allow the university to modify its operations in response to communicable disease emergencies such as COVID-19. The policy is effective immediately. Actions taken pursuant to the policy during the COVID-19 emergency will be published below and notice of the actions will be published in the Daily Register.
Sept. 16, 2020: The following actions, previously approved under temporary emergency policy FSH 6990 COVID-19 Emergency Response, were renewed by President Green under permanent policy FSH 6990 Communicable Disease Emergency Response.
