The annual renewal period for the vehicle insurance policy is rapidly approaching. In order to prepare, units can begin reviewing their vehicles now. If a unit has purchased or sold any vehicles, this should be reported to the Risk Management Office right away. To remove or add an item to or from coverage, a Vehicle Insurance Coverage Add/Change/Delete Form will need to be completed for each vehicle.
