In Memoriam: Terry Armstrong

A week ago, University of Idaho Professor Emeritus Dr. Terry Armstrong
(1935-2014), a monumental legend in the College of Education, died peacefully following a short illness with cancer. Terry’s legacy will live on through the many people he inspired, his lifetime service to education, and his compassionate, benevolent spirit, and his now-famous Found Money Fund.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8 at the University Inn in Moscow, Idaho at 2 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
At Terry’s and the family’s request, memorials may be made to The Terry Armstrong Classroom for Science Education. This classroom will be dedicated to science teaching innovation and excellence in the upcoming renovation of the College of Education Building www.uidaho.edu/inspire/ways/academics/college-of-education
