Idaho Booker's Dozen 2013 Exhibit Comes to University of Idaho Library

MOSCOW, Idaho — The University of Idaho Library will host a traveling display of handmade books, Idaho Booker's Dozen 2013, Sept. 3-27.

Sponsored every other year by the Idaho Center for the Book, Idaho Booker’s Dozen is the state’s only traveling juried exhibition of book art.

The 2013 exhibition features books created by artists from Idaho and other U.S. locations, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands. Entries were judged by New Zealand artist Kate Walker, Boise State Professor of Graphic Design Jennifer Wood, artist/writer/designer Will Spearman, and writer/photographer/artist Tom Rockne.

Idaho Booker's Dozen 2013 is open to the public during the UI Library hours of operation: Monday – Thursday from 7:45 a.m. - midnight, Fridays from 7:45 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to midnight.
