The Extension Educator will provide leadership for the identification, assessment, coordination and delivery of crop production programs related to crop and pest management, and soil science in irrigated cropping systems (85%). In addition, the Educator will provide technical assistance to the Minidoka County 4-H Youth Development program (10%), and could potentially serve as chair of the Minidoka County Extension Office. Scholarship & Creative Activities - 5%. Recruit external funding and develop partnerships that support and enhance county and district educational programs and research projects, and publish results in appropriate scholarly outlets.
