New Course Evaluation System for Summer 2020

June 12, 2020

Course evaluations have been moved to a new vendor, Campus Labs, beginning summer 2020. Course evaluation data prior to summer 2020 will remain in the old system and reports should be requested from Faculty and students will continue to receive email notifications when a course evaluation is open, with instructions and important information. Additionally, faculty can continue to customize their evaluation forms and will continue to receive an email with instructions on how to do this. The standard questionnaire has not changed.

There will be some changes due to a new system, including slight variation in the evaluation schedule. Course evaluation data beginning summer 2020 will be available in Campus Labs to customize, see response rates and for reports that have been released. Learn more about the faculty dashboard for course evaluations.

For courses with low enrollment, note that reports are only released when there are a minimum of three responses. Learn strategies to boost your response rate. Email with questions about course evaluations occurring in summer 2020 or later.
