Update to Windows 10 Now to Avoid Network Connectivity Loss

Windows 7 systems that have not been upgraded to Windows 10 by Tuesday, Jan. 14, may lose network connectivity due to security concerns. Contact Local Support to set up a time to get assistance or get questions answered.

To ensure the security of university data, University of Idaho is required to participate in Microsoft Operating System updates and improvements. After the deadline of Jan. 14, Microsoft will no longer provide support to U of I employees on Windows 7. Information from Microsoft is available online.
