Voluntary Employee Demographic Survey on Disability and Veteran Status Available via VandalWeb

The University of Idaho is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive campus community that embraces the talents and achievements of all individuals. While this commitment to a diverse workforce is driven by U of I’s strategic plan, monitoring and reporting progress is also required by federal law. To meet these requirements, the university must resurvey its workforce and allow all employees the opportunity to voluntarily update their veteran and/or disability status, which can be completed on VandalWeb.
Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 1, each board-appointed employee will encounter the survey immediately following login to VandalWeb. For individuals who do not wish to disclose their status, they must select "I Choose Not to Disclose" to continue to VandalWeb. The submission of this information is voluntary, and refusal to provide it will not subject employees to any adverse treatment.
