Participate in a Study Investigating Food Intake, Attention and Memory in Middle School Age Children
September 10, 2019
Researchers in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences are recruiting children age 11-14 years to participate in a study exploring the relationships among the foods children eat, the nutrients found in their skin and the way they think. The study requires one 90-minute in-person visit and two additional assignments to be completed at home, lasting approximately 30 minutes each.
Children must be willing to play games on an iPad and to have their hand scanned by a safe blue light. Participants will receive a $10 Amazon gift card via email as financial compensation for participation. Contact 509-953-5343 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
