Faculty International Seed Grant Proposals Due Nov. 1
September 10, 2019
Proposals are being accepted for Faculty International Seed Grants as part of the Blazing Trails Initiative through the Vandal Ideas Project. The $1,000-$3,200 grants are intended to be used in the creation of a new U of I Faculty/Staff-Led International Travel program.
The program intends to create signature international Vandal experiences for students who have completed their first year at U of I. The program is open to students across disciplines to help them gain international experience early in their college career. Students will also earn general education credits as a result of their participation. Proposals are due by Friday, Nov. 1. Contact Kate Wray Chettri, director of Education Abroad, for more information.
