Announcing New Director of Financial Aid Randi Croyle

The Student Financial Aid Office would like to announce the appointment of Randi Croyle as director of Financial Aid. Croyle brings exceptional leadership and vision to an already very strong team. She is a collaborative financial aid professional who will partner with many offices across campus and the state to develop strategic initiatives to provide financial support to our current and future U of I students. She brings strong financial aid knowledge and experience as well as a proven ability to implement contemporary financial aid strategies.
Prior to her appointment at the U of I, Croyle was the associate director of financial aid at Washington State University and has a history of building programs to help streamline student financial aid operations. She has knowledge of contemporary financial aid systems, operations and compliance to allow us to provide high levels of service to U of I students.
Croyle holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in higher education administration from Washington State University.
