Bringing History to Life: Creating the U.S. Constitution Presentation Feb. 28

February 06, 2019

David A. Moss, author of "Democracy: A Case Study" and the Paul Whiton Cherington Professor at the Harvard Business School, makes history come alive with an audience-driven discussion on how our republic — and democracy as we know it — came about. The event will be from 5-7 p.m. Mountain time, Thursday, Feb. 28 in the Lincoln Auditorium of the Idaho State Capitol.

By stepping into the shoes of your predecessors — and facing the decisions they faced — you'll see both the past and the present in a whole new light.

Bring your idea and leave your preconceptions at the door. It will be an evening that challenges the way you think about America's civic life — and your place in it.

The event is free with RSVP. This includes access to reading materials prior to the event. The event is open to the public and hosted by the University of Idaho McClure Center for Public Policy Research and the University of Idaho College of Law.
