May is Mental Health Month

Mental Health Month has been observed since 1949 and seeks to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and offer education and trainings in mental health topics. This year, Vandal Health Education and the Counseling and Testing Center are observing Mental Health Month with opportunities for faculty and staff to be trained to respond to mental health concerns. Trainings include Mental Health First Aid and QPR. Learn more.
