Fiscal Year End Reminders From Student Accounts

June 22, 2018

Attention all financial personnel: All GRT's are due to the Student Accounts/Cashiers Office by 2 p.m. Friday, June 29 for processing in Fiscal Year 2018, for Chart 9.

All Petty Cash is due to the Student Accounts/Cashiers Office by 12:00 p.m. Friday, June 29 for processing in Fiscal Year 2018, for Chart 9.

If you receive payments in the mail after 2 p.m. Friday, June 29, please bring them to the Student Accounts/Cashier's office as soon as possible before 3:30pm.

All GRT's received after 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 29, will need to be entered on the new GRT forms for Chart V and put in fiscal year 2019. Please pick up new GRT forms at the Cashier's Window in Student Accounts.
